ISSRM 2008 - International Symposium on Society and Resource Management

AGU/UGM Session on Human Dimensions

The American Geophysical Union, the Mexican Geophysical Union, and several other societies from Latin America will be having a joint meeting in Acapulco, Mexico. The deadline for submitting abstracts for talks or posters is March 1st.

The International Symposium on Society and Resource Management (ISSRM) calls for contributions to its 13th edition. This official meeting of the International Association for Society and Natural Resources, will take place from June 17-21, 2007. The 2007 symposium will be hosted by Utah State University in Park City, Utah. Abstract submissions are due January 31, 2007.

International Symposium on Society and Resource Management

The 12th International Symposium on Society and Resource Management (ISSRM), the official meeting of the International Association for Society and Natural Resources, will take place from June 3-8, 2006. The 2006 symposium will be hosted by Simon Fraser University and the conference activities will take place on the campus of the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. The ISSRM is the largest gathering of social scientists and managers in resource management worldwide and this is the first time that the symposium will be held in Canada.
